It wishes to see:

v       The masterplan measures, including the closure of The Boulevard, not resulting in any significant adverse impact upon traffic conditions in and around Crawley town centre;

v       A mode shift of town centre visitors away from car-borne trips to more sustainable modes of transport such as public transport, walking and cycling.

Grosvenor intends to deliver a scheme that adheres to these principles. This will be addressed in Grosvenor's masterplan response to the Town Centre North Supplementary Planning Document.
