The following has been achieved to date:

v       The Core Strategy, which forms part of the Council's Local Development Framework (LDF), was adopted on 28 November 2007

v       The Town Centre North Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was revised on 21 January 2009 (please see Crawley Borough Council's website for updates)

v       A Development Agreement between Grosvenor and Crawley Borough Council is under negotiation.
